About the App

Elevator City is a mobile application for residents of residential buildings equipped with the Elevator City elevator access system. In the app, users can view their balance, subscription, a one-time QR code for calling the elevator, the list of their registered access cards, and their transaction history. Accounts are created by the building administrator — there is no in-app registration.

Data We Collect

First and last name (the user's full name)
User identifier (username and internal user ID)
Transaction history, balance, and purchased subscriptions
Access card numbers (RFID physical passes — not payment cards)

Data We Do Not Collect

Location
Contacts or photos; we do not use the camera or microphone
Device advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV)
The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs
Data is not used to track users and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes

How We Use Data

Data is used solely for the functioning of the app — signing in, elevator access, and displaying your balance and transactions.

Where Data Is Stored

Data is stored locally on your device (an SQLite database) and on Elevator City's server.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your account and the data associated with it are removed from the server within 30 days. Data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

Requesting Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and your data, email us at Elevatorcitygeo@gmail.com. Please include your username or your full name in the message. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
